Alexander Poptodorov, Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutritionist, and Ashley Poptodorova, Wellness Coordinator, are the husband and wife team behind A+A Wellness. Together they provide personalized wellness consultations, functional lab testing, nutrition guidance, and comprehensive holistic health programs designed to help uncover underlying imbalances and support long term health. With more than 20 years of experience working together in practice, they are known for their supportive, education focused approach and their commitment to walking alongside each client throughout their wellness journey. A+A Wellness proudly serves clients in Florida, Georgia, and nationwide through virtual consultations.
